Milestone Consult is an AI agency that designs, builds, and deploys AI systems — including assistants, voice agents, and automation workflows — for Home Services, Real Estate, and Professional and Financial Services organizations.

Our services generally include, but are not limited to:

• AI assistants and conversational systems
• Voice agents and call handling workflows
• Automation pipelines and system integrations
• Data, retrieval, and knowledge infrastructure
• Consulting, implementation, monitoring, and ongoing optimization

Specific scope, deliverables, and success measures are defined in a proposal, statement of work, or service agreement for each engagement.

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate business and operational information
• Ensuring they have the right to share data and grant system access
• Reviewing and approving workflows before they are placed into live use
• Maintaining compliance with applicable industry regulations
• Training their teams on approved systems and processes
• Monitoring outputs, performance, and downstream business impact

AI-generated outputs — including messages, recommendations, reports, summaries, and decisions — may contain errors, omissions, or context that requires judgment. Clients are expected to apply human review before relying on AI outputs. Milestone Consult provides tooling, evaluation, and guidance; final accountability for how outputs are used rests with the client.

Milestone Consult does not guarantee specific business outcomes, including revenue growth, conversion rates, cost savings, or operational performance. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including data quality, market conditions, operational maturity, team adoption, existing technology, and execution discipline. Any examples or projections shared are illustrative and not commitments.

Pricing, payment schedules, deliverables, timelines, revisions, change requests, and cancellation terms are defined in separate proposals, invoices, statements of work, or service agreements associated with each engagement. Those documents control in the event of any conflict with these Terms with respect to a specific project.

Milestone Consult retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, frameworks, templates, system blueprints, prompts, evaluation harnesses, code libraries, and internal know-how, including improvements developed during an engagement. Client-owned materials — including business data, brand assets, and proprietary content provided to us — remain the property of the client. Ownership and licensing of custom deliverables are governed by the applicable proposal or service agreement.

In the course of working together, either party may receive confidential business, technical, operational, financial, or customer information from the other. Both parties agree to protect that information from unauthorized disclosure, use it only for the purpose of the engagement, and apply reasonable safeguards consistent with industry practice.

Our systems commonly integrate with third-party platforms, including model providers, CRM systems, automation tools, analytics platforms, communication and messaging systems, scheduling tools, and hosting infrastructure. Those platforms are governed by their own terms, policies, and pricing. Milestone Consult is not responsible for the availability, performance, security, or business decisions of third-party providers, though we take reasonable care in how we design and integrate with them.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use of the site. You may not attempt unauthorized access to any part of the site, interfere with its normal operation, scrape content without permission, or use the site to distribute unlawful or harmful material.

You agree that you will not:

• Attempt to access systems, accounts, or data without authorization

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Milestone Consult, its affiliates, contractors, and personnel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the website, our services, or any AI-generated outputs. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Milestone Consult and its affiliates, personnel, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to your misuse of the website, breach of these Terms, violation of applicable law, or misuse of any AI systems, workflows, or third-party tools provided or configured on your behalf.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website or any services, in whole or in part, at our discretion, if you violate these Terms, misuse the systems we provide, or engage in conduct we consider harmful, unlawful, or damaging to other users, clients, or third parties. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue in effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, legal requirements, or business practices. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the website or our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
